The Agent Business Center (www.shelterabc.com) helps agents place the order and is used by Shelter to pick the items out of inventory, track the progress of customized items in their printshop, communicates with the agent when items are shipped, provides shipment tracking via FedEx, UPS, and eventually DHL.
