Delta Gets Transparent and Green with Basecamp


Delta Systems has greatly increased client communication and project transparency by utilizing Basecamp.

Almost all Delta clients now enjoy the ability to know exactly what is going on with their projects: what is left to do, ability to easily share documents/screenshots/graphics or communicate with our staff – all of this without having to call Delta. If a client sees an update necessary on their website, wants a new feature for a tracking system, spots a bug in something, they can simply add a to-do item to a list and assign it to our staff. .

Internal paper consumption has dropped significantly now that we use Basecamp in our weekly all-staff meetings instead of printing off a dozen copies of a 15 page list of our 115 active projects. Instead of printing out notes before meetings, using Basecamp at meetings also allows us to instantly update task completion statuses, review/adjust milestones, assign tasks, or share technical information such as database locations, logins, usernames, and third party service account information.
